For many, Mother’s Day offers a time for us to thank the women who helped raise and love us.
At the same time, for those who have lost their mom, Mother’s Day can be painful as we try to acknowledge what they meant to us, the love that still exists between us and try to navigate the day without them.

Top 3-God-Based Tips for Communicating with Heaven:
1) Stop, Drop & Pray – I love this method and know you will as well. When we pause in the midst of our day we can ask God for answers, understanding and support. His guidance is found in our pause.
2) Journal It Out – Writing gives pause to our busy, overthinking and planning minds. It creates an openness in our thoughts for God to drop in and speak to us.
3) Nature it up – Go for a walk, sit outside, fly a kite, sunbathe, moon dance – these are medicine for the soul. The vibration of God’s earthly colors paired with the elements of nature shifts and softens our internal energy. Thus creating space for God’s voice to come through our senses.
These are amazing tools that you can use daily that will increase the flow of abundant joy and love in your life.
