Refund Policy

  • Jeanne Street reserves the right to cancel a training or event. If necessary, participants will be notified via email prior to the first day of the training or event. If Jeanne cancels a training or event, participants who have already paid will be given the option to receive a full refund, or they can elect to use their payment as a credit toward another training or event. This credit must be used within one year of the original payment.
  • Participants who have paid for the Angel Healer training and chose to withdraw must notify jeanne@jeannestreet.com within 24 hours for a full refund. Participants can cancel after 24 hours and 14 days prior to training start date will receive a 80% partial credit.  After the14 day prior training start period 50% credit can be applied to a future training. 
  • Training and event participants who cancel or are a no show after the start period will forfeit their payment, and be removed from the member portal and Facebook group. 
  • Exceptions may be made in the case of serious illness or other extenuating circumstances. In such cases a formal request in the form of an email must be submitted to jeanne@jeannestreet.com
  • No refunds or credits will be given for individual trainings, event or sessions missed.
