By participating, you agree that you understand the spiritual and educational nature of our work.
The Services provided by Jeanne Street, LLC are God-centered, spiritually focused, and intended to support personal growth, healing, and spiritual development. They are not, and should not be interpreted as, therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, or financial guidance. We do not diagnose, treat, or offer guarantees for any physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual condition. You are solely responsible for your personal decisions, interpretations, and actions that arise from your experience with our Services.
You acknowledge that outcomes vary for each individual and that no specific results are promised or assured. Your experience depends on your willingness, participation, personal history, and spiritual readiness. Payment in full or through an agreed-upon payment plan is required for all Services. You authorize Jeanne Street, LLC to process any recurring payments associated with a selected payment plan until the balance is paid. All sales are final. Because of the nature of spiritual work, digital content, live programs, and the energetic preparation involved, we do not offer refunds or transfers once a purchase is made. Missed sessions, whether private or part of a group, are not refundable or transferable unless specifically stated otherwise.
All materials provided by the Company, including teachings, recordings, program structures, written content, meditations, frameworks, and channeled messages, are the intellectual property of Jeanne Street, LLC. These materials may be used only for your personal enrichment as part of the Service you enrolled in. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, teach, or repurpose any content for commercial or instructional use without explicit written permission.
Group sessions, live events, and online gatherings may be recorded. By participating, you consent to being included in these recordings, which may be shared within the corresponding program or community. You agree not to download, copy, share, or publicly distribute any recording or content provided. You also agree to honor the privacy and confidentiality of fellow participants.
We maintain a sacred, respectful environment for all participants. You agree to engage in a manner that is courteous, kind, and supportive. Harassment, disruptive behavior, or violation of community standards may result in removal from a program or Service without refund.
Membership offerings that renew monthly will continue unless canceled prior to your next billing date. Payments already processed are not refundable. Upon cancellation, access to membership materials and community spaces will end immediately unless otherwise stated.
For retreats or in-person events, you acknowledge responsibility for your own physical safety, travel arrangements, lodging, and personal needs. Event payments are nonrefundable except where specifically stated otherwise.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to hold harmless Jeanne Street, LLC, its employees, team members, and contractors from any claims, damages, or losses that arise from your participation in or use of our Services. You understand that all spiritual guidance is offered in good faith and that you participate voluntarily.
We reserve the right to deny participation, revoke access, or terminate your involvement in any Service if payments are not completed or if your behavior is harmful or violates these terms. No refunds will be provided under such circumstances.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered. If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments and authorize the Company or its payment processor to automatically charge your card on file. All sales are final. We reserve the right to remove anyone from a program without refund if behavior is disruptive, harmful, or violates the sacred container we uphold. Recordings of group sessions may include your voice or image; by participating, you consent to being included in those recordings, which may be made available to other participants within the program.

For retreats and in-person events, you are responsible for your travel, lodging, and personal needs.
